MultiTab Print Privacy Policy

Summary

MultiTab Print does not collect, sell, or transmit personal data to its developer. Selected page content is processed locally in your browser to prepare a print document.

What the extension processes

The tab selector reads open-tab titles and addresses so you can choose which pages to print. Only after you start a print job and grant any required site access does the extension read the selected tabs' visible document content, styles, and printable resources to assemble a local print preview. Protected browser pages, extension pages, and unsupported embedded content are skipped or reported.

Some page resources that cannot be embedded may be requested again from their original website while the preview is open. Those requests go to the website that originally supplied the resource, not to the MultiTab Print developer.

Local storage

The extension stores print preferences, pending print-job data, and a local successful-job count used to schedule optional support reminders. This information stays in your browser profile. You can clear it through your browser's extension storage controls or by uninstalling the extension.

Support links

Some browser editions show optional, dismissible donation links after occasional successful print jobs. The extension never opens a donation site automatically. If you choose a link, that site's privacy policy applies. The Safari edition contains no donation links.

Permissions

• tabs lists tabs and identifies the tabs you select.
• scripting reads printable content only when you request a print job.
• storage keeps local settings, pending jobs, and reminder state.
• contextMenus adds the tab-strip print command.
• Optional website access is requested only for sites represented by tabs you choose to print.

No analytics or advertising

The extension contains no analytics SDK, tracking pixel, advertising network, account system, or remote executable code.

Limited Use

MultiTab Print's use of information received from browser APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Tab information and selected page content are used only to provide the user-requested printing workflow. They are not sold, used for advertising or credit decisions, or sent to the developer for human review.
